From the initial meeting and walk through of the house Dane exceeded our expectations. He made reasonable and achievable recommendations to make our house more marketable and competitive in the market. His team was very professional did a great job with photos and marketing the house. Dane did an amazing job of working with buying agents. Within 12 hours of the house hitting the market we had multiple offers. Dane walked us through each offer in a way that I could understand the pros and cons of each offer. He had our house under contract with an offer over 20k above asking and an official back up offer within 24 hours.
